DPT is the Doyle Performance Team. This brand was born out of my passion for triathlon and endurance sport, and my passion for helping others. I am a qualified physio and love helping people from all walks of life return to activity and sport after injury. Everyone can benefit from exercise, and I want to help as many people as I can achieve that. By combining my physiotherapy knowledge and skills, my passion for endurance sport, and my desire to help others, I feel I can provide a service that is unique and useful for all.
The name DPT is an acronym that incorporates my last name, and encompasses what I want to be for you; part of your performance team! However, DPT has a second meaning. It is also the abbreviation of my Doctor of Physiotherapy degree which I received at The University of Melbourne.
My approach is evidence backed, carefully planned, and detailed oriented. Whatever your goals are, I want to help in any way I can to get you there. If injury keeps holding you back, or you don’t know where to start, or you want to take your training to the next level, DPT is for you. Participating in endurance sport isn’t just about the next race or event (don’t get me wrong I love that stuff!), it’s about feeling good and setting up habits that will help you to live a happier and healthier life. I am all about consistency, commitment to constantly improve, and building your capacity.
